Say 'Hello' to your period game changer: The Hello Cup The Hello Cup was launched by registered nurse Mary Bond and Robyn McLean after they became frustrated by the lack of quality menstrual cups on the market. Designed by Mary and Robyn from scratch, Hello Cups are made from the highest quality medical-grade TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) available Hypoallergenic and recyclable, they contain no nasties and are free of silicone, rubber, latex, BPAs and heavy metals. Hello Cups have rapidly gained an international reputation and loyal customer following. The unique smooth design, attention to detail and internal rim have led to Hello Cups being described as the “most comfortable” menstrual cup on the market.

  • Includes 1 black menstrual cup in size extra-small. Great option for teenagers, petite users, and those who prefer a "mini" tampon
  • Our smallest and softest menstrual cup - The diameter of the XS is 38mm and the overall length including the toggle is 57mm. It holds 17.5ml (to the holes).
  • The smooth top edge and rounded bottom toggle/stem provides a comfortable design that is perfect for sleeping, swimming, exercising and dancing like a disco queen! As an added bonus, the Hello Cups won’t dry you out, as tampons might.
  • Equivalent of over 2,000 single use items & holds 3 times more than tampons. A single Hello Cup will last you at least five years

Ingredients
Made from medical grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)

Warnings
Menstrual cups have been associated with toxic shock syndrome (TSS). TSS is a rare but serious disease that may cause death.

Directions/uses
We recommend a shallow punchdown fold for Hello Cups. Make sure the 'punch' doesn't go below the letters on the side of the cup. Then, insert your Hello Cup. Once it pops open, give it a gentle tug to help it form a seal. If it’s in correctly and is the right size, you shouldn’t get any leakage. Like most things in life, you might need to practice a bit until you’ve got the hang of it. On light days you can leave it for up to 12 hours.
